**Job Description:** **Senior Lead Engineer - AI Platform engineer** + We are seeking a highly skilled **Senior AI Platform Engineer** to serve as a technical leader and architect responsible for designing, building, and evolving Guardian's enterprise AI Platform. + This role will provide architecture leadership across the AI platform stack, spanning: + **Experience Plane** - AI developer experience, SDKs, AI Studio, agent builder frameworks, developer portals and reusable platform assets + **Control Plane** - AI governance, policy enforcement, guardrails, evaluation frameworks, AI registry, observability, and FinOps + **Execution Plane** - Agent runtimes, LLM inference, orchestration frameworks, MCP services, AI gateways, RAG infrastructure and production operations + The ideal candidate is a hands-on architect capable of defining platform standards, building reusable capabilities, solving complex engineering challenges, and driving enterprise adoption of AI and Agentic technologies. **Required** + 7+ years of AI Platform Engineering experience. + 3+ years designing cloud-native distributed platforms. + 3+ years architecting AI/ML or GenAI platforms. + Proven experience building enterprise-grade platform capabilities. **Preferred** + Experience building Control Plane architectures. + Experience with enterprise-scale AI governance. + Experience supporting production GenAI workloads. + Experience building AI platforms within regulated industries.
