Role Description

- Deployment, configuration, and enterprise scheduling of FME Flow within utility environments
- Lifecycle management of FME Form applications
- Designing ETL workflows and migrating Oracle ATP connections in FME Workbench
- Migrating database connections from SQL Server to Oracle
- Validating integration pipelines
- Utilizing FME Flow REST API for auditing workbenches and executing automated tests
- Configuring ArcGIS Online FME connectors
- Safe Software FME Professional Certification (preferred)

Responsibilities:





- Conduct audits on all FME workbenches to identify any SQL Server-specific readers and writers that require re-configuration for Oracle ATP
- Migrate all FME workbench database connections from SQL Server to Oracle ATP and validate job scheduling
- Install, configure, and license FME Flow 2026.x, including job scheduling, workbench deployment, and setup of the FME License Server
- Validate all integration workbenches across SIT and UAT phases, covering ArcGIS Online, OFS, CIS data transformation, and applications
- Develop and execute a post-migration workbench test runner using the FME Flow REST API to automate regression testing
- Package FME Desktop 2026.x for deployment on GIS administrator workstations

What You Must Have:

- Minimum of 5 YoE working with FME Form and Flow
- Extensive development experience in FME workbenches for GIS interfaces and data transformation scenarios
- Ability to build custom workbenches and integrate with Esri Geoprocessing tools
- Understanding of Esri ArcGIS Software including Enterprise, Server, ArcGIS Pro, and Online
- Familiarity with the Utilities Domain and Esri Utility Network
