Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain project schedules using tools such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalent.
- Monitor and track project progress, milestones, and deliverables against the baseline schedule.
- Prepare and update project plans, Gantt charts, S-curves, and resource histograms.
- Analyze deviations and delays, and suggest corrective measures.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams for schedule integration.
- Support in preparing progress reports for internal stakeholders and clients.
- Participate in project meetings and provide inputs on schedule risks and mitigation strategies.
- Assist in resource planning, cost forecasting, and productivity analysis.
- Ensure adherence to project control standards and best practices.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related field.




- 2–5 years of experience as a Planning Engineer in [industry, e.g., construction, oil & gas].
- Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and MS Excel.
- Strong knowledge of project management principles, critical path method (CPM), and Earned Value Management (EVM).
- Familiarity with project documentation, contract terms, and project lifecycle.

Preferred Skills:

- PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
