Roles Responsibilities:

- Infrastructure Design Automation: Design and build scalable and secure cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools(Eg. Terraform, Ansible)
- CI/CD Pipeline Management: Develop, maintain, and improve continuous integration and deployment pipelines to automate code testing, building, and deployment processes.
- Cloud Management: Oversee cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) ensuring cost optimization, security, scalability, and performance.
- Monitoring Incident Response: Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting systems (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana,) and respond to infrastructure-related incidents.
- Collaboration Support: Work closely with development, QA, and operations teams to automate processes and integrate DevOps best practices into the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Security Compliance: Ensure that infrastructure adheres to security best practices, compliance standards (e.g., SOC2, GDPR), and implements automated security checks.
- Leadership: Mentor junior team members and provide technical leadership in DevOps best practices and cloud technologies.
- Disaster Recovery: Design and implement backup, disaster recovery, and failover strategies to ensure system resiliency.





Required Skill Sets:

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years in DevOps, Systems Engineering, or a related role with hands-on experience in cloud infrastructure and automation
- Proficient in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or Ansible).
- Strong knowledge of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proficient in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, etc.).
- Experience with monitoring and alerting tools (Prometheus, Grafana).
- Solid scripting/programming skills in languages such as Python, Bash, or Go.
- Strong understanding of security protocols, encryption, authentication, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. Ability to work in a quick-paced, dynamic environment.
- Certification in AWS, (preferred) Azure, or GCP.
- Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies
