This Dedicated Manufacturing & Quality Information Digital Solutions (M&Q; IDS) position will be part of the Global API MES Team. The Global API MES team is purposed to deliver and support Manufacturing Execution Systems through championing standardization of business processes and common Syncade (Software by Emerson) modules that enable manufacturing sites to deliver world-class performance.

- Must have hands-on experience in Emerson s Syncade Operations Management, Suite Installation, Configuration, Solution Designing, Implementation, FAT, Qualification, and Site Support.
- Must possess complex recipe-authoring expertise and practical experience in end-to-end recipe creation.
- Managing Syncade software release lifecycle & processes
- Global object development and management
- Escalation point for Tier 2/3 support (monitoring platform, DB, system health, troubleshooting servers, resolving network/firewall issues etc.)

Key Objectives & Responsibilities:

- Configure & deploy MES software application and system.
- Manage the development of production recipes and devising automation solutions that improve productivity, business operations and safety/quality standards.
- Validate new systems and changes to existing systems.
- Audit and update existing system documentation and procedures
- Enables common processes across the sites such as Application recipe Behaviors, Global Components and Work Instructions, build a repository for common RA components EWI, Operations.




- Drive new releases & hot fixes technical assessments and related interoperability test with Syncade
- Find cutting-edge ways to leverage Syncade to drive business value
- Enhance Global Base Knowledge Library
- Identify areas of improvement in the automation code and/or electronic ticket/log to improve efficiency.

Basic Requirements

- 5-8 years of Syncade experience or relevant manufacturing experience
- General awareness and knowledge of security and quality requirements (privacy & GxP)
- Understand e-Mfg solutions interfaces with other ERP systems and LIMS Systems.

Education Requirements:

Engineering or a related field

Additional Preferences:

- Understanding of S88 & S95 Standard & control system
- Knowledge of data management concepts and practices
- Technical skills in T-SQL programming language
- Technical skill in VB script, C# or other common Microsoft programming languages
- Demonstrated ability to evaluate, facilitate, and drive toward risk-based decision-making
- Ability to thrive in a complex, changing virtual environment with multiple manufacturing sites
