We are seeking an accomplished and forward-thinking AI/ML Lead to drive high-impact AI initiatives from ideation to production at scale. This role requires a blend of strategic vision, deep technical expertise, and leadership to architect and deploy cutting-edge AI/ML solutions that seamlessly integrate into enterprise systems. You will lead complex RD efforts, ensure alignment with business objectives, and foster a culture of continuous innovation while upholding ethical AI principles and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic AI Leadership Innovation

- Define and execute the AI/ML strategy, aligning with organizational goals and business needs.
- Drive research and development in NLP, deep learning, reinforcement learning, generative AI, and multimodal AI applications.
- Stay at the forefront of AI advancements, evaluating emerging technologies and methodologies to enhance capabilities.

Technical Architecture AI Model Development

- Architect and deploy scalable AI/ML models, including large language models (LLMs) and transformer-based architectures.
- Implement MLOps best practices for CI/CD, automated model retraining, and lifecycle management.
- Develop advanced AI solutions such as retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and fine-tuning techniques (LoRA, PEFT).
- Optimize AI/ML pipelines for distributed computing, leveraging cloud platforms and accelerators (GPUs/TPUs).

Cross-Functional Collaboration Integration

- Work closely with data engineers, software developers, and product managers to integrate AI into production systems.
- Translate complex AI concepts into actionable insights for business stakeholders.
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Team Development Technical Mentorship

- Guide and mentor AI engineers, fostering a high-performing and collaborative environment.




- Lead AI-driven innovation within the organization, driving technical excellence and best practices.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelors, Masters in Computer Science, AI, ML, Data Science, or related fields.
- 9+ years of AI/ML experience, including 3+ years in a leadership or senior technical role.
- Expertise in Python (NumPy, Pandas, scikit-learn), and proficiency in Java, Scala, or similar languages.
- Deep understanding of deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX) and NLP libraries (Hugging Face Transformers).
- Hands-on experience with MLOps, including containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), CI/CD, and model monitoring.
- Well versed with Agentic AI.
- Deep understanding on Langchain ecosystem.
- Experience with distributed computing (Apache Spark, Ray) and large-scale dataset processing.
- Proficiency in vector databases (FAISS, ChromaDB, Pinecone) for efficient similarity search.
- Robust expertise in fine-tuning transformer models, hyperparameter optimization, and reinforcement learning.
- Experience deploying AI solutions on AWS, Azure with hardware optimization for GPUs/TPUs.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to bridge technical and business perspectives.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in regulated industries such as healthcare, biopharma.
- Contributions to AI research, open-source projects, or top-tier AI conferences.
- Familiarity with generative AI, prompt engineering, and advanced AI topics like graph neural networks.
- Proven ability to scale AI teams and lead complex AI projects in high-growth environments.
