- Revising or redeveloping learning solutions in response to feedback from the client
- Assessing source content and proposing learning solution that includes accessibility
- Identifying other recommended course revisions and partnering with the business client to identify needed changes
- Defining learning objectives and instructional design documentation
- Responding to client design needs including escalations and risk inquiries related to the design and client subject matter expert issues
- Delivering quality projects on time, within budget.
- Uploading content to appropriate content infrastructure sites, LD content repositories, and Learning Management Systems as needed
- Supporting file naming, Lilly Branding and design guidelines in LD content
- Complying with all policies and standards
- Performing other duties as assigned

Basic Requirements:

- Bachelors Degree (or equivalent work experience)
- M.S. degree in Instructional Systems Technology, Performance Technology, Adult Learning, or related experience/education.
- Human Performance Improvement (HPI) Certification.
- 5 years experience as learning professional in regulated environment.

Additional Preferences:

- Experience with content authoring tools, such as Storyline, Rise, Vyond, Camtasia, WalkMe
- Written and verbal English proficiency
- Demonstrated skills in strategic thinking, leadership, and proactive strategic learning and development consultation
- Experience with learning, development, and standard operating procedure based business processes




- Experience implementing learning interventions to meet accessibility requirements (such as WCAG)
- Experience managing translations in learning deliverables
- Demonstrated ability in communication, conflict resolution, judgment and managing ambiguity for effective results in complex, resource-constrained situations
- Ability and willingness to challenge business leadership regarding ways to use learning interventions to most effectively meet business requirements
- Experience with Microsoft tools, including Sharepoint, Teams and Forms
- Demonstrated experience in instructional design, analysis, and evaluation.
- Ability to effectively partner globally.
- Ability to navigate complex, matrix-based organizations.
- Exchanges complex information and ideas effectively.
- Knowledge of companion systems used to execute common business and LD processes (such as SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, Quality Docs).
- Robust organizational skills.
- Flexibility and creativity.
