nExperience: 7–12 Years
nQualification: Any Graduate | MBA/PGDM (Finance Preferred) | CA
nKey Responsibilities
nLead underwriting and credit assessment for SME loan proposals.
nEvaluate complex credit cases through detailed financial analysis and risk assessment.
nManage Supply Chain Finance (SCF) products, including:Purchase Invoice Discounting (PID)Sales Invoice Discounting (SID)Anchor Finance
nMentor and guide junior credit team members.
nPrepare comprehensive credit assessment notes and recommend proposals.
nCollaborate with Sales, Operations,



Risk, and Compliance teams.
nMonitor portfolio quality and ensure adherence to internal credit policies.
