Job Description1 Sales Management
n1.1 Responsible to achieve Profitable PP Business in the Commercial Printer and Jobber segments in respective geography.
n1.2 Maintain strong prospect base for achieving monthly / quarterly / annual sales targets.
n1.3 Responsible for Key Account retention, consistent engagement and growth by acquiring current customers.
n1.4 Map various customer applications, volumes, latest technologies, business trends and customer expectations and bring value-added benefits to customers.
n2 Business Development
n2.1 Monitor latest technology, business trends and update product knowledge to effectively counter competition.
n2.2 Maintain a healthy funnel of prospects and engage pre-sales, product specialist and post-sales team (Service + Finance + Supply Chain) for faster conversion.
n2.3 Should be able to independently demonstrate product for generation of prospects or conversion of orders.
n3 Customer Relationship Management
n3.1 Build & maintain healthy business relations with clients,



ensuring high customer satisfaction by achieving delivery and service quality norms
n3.2 Use market knowledge and customer awareness to propose appropriate solutions to the customers.
