- Years of experience: Should have 3 7 years of relevant experience post qualification.
- Nature of experience: Knowledge of Vehicle Inspection Activity as per Standards. Understanding and conversion of Engineering Drawings /Inspection standards into Process Standards for Inspectors.
- Knowledge about vehicle driving and testing.
- Assessing recent vehicles in trials, giving feedbacks and ensuring closure of issues.
- Knowledge about vehicle inspection equipments.
- Managing Line workmen and workstations
- Knowledge about ISO and quality systems
- Japanese practices 5S,3G,3K,3R,Horenso etc.
Knowledge about regulations. Line quality handling and problem analysis
