Job summary:

We are seeking a dynamic, seasoned senior executive to join and lead ourCommercial and Investment Banking (CIB) Communicationsteam in India.

As the Head of Communications in the CIB Communications team in India, you will be responsible for shaping and executing the narrative of one of the world's most respected financial institutions. The ideal candidate brings deep communications expertise, solid leadership capabilities, and a strategic, stakeholder-oriented mindset.

Job responsibilities:

- Design and executea comprehensive communications strategy aligned to the firm's goals and objectives.
- Serve as theprimary liaisonfor external, internal, and executive communications for the CIB business in India, ensuring message consistency and brand alignment.
- Build trusted relationships withsenior leaders and key stakeholders, anticipating needs and providing strategic counsel.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunitiesto strengthen the firm's reputation through targeted communications.




- Oversee the development and distribution of external communications materials, includingpress releases, media kits, and social media content.
- Partner with teams across geographies and businesses to ensure communications efforts areintegrated and alignedwith broader business initiatives.
- Develop and maintaincrisis communication plans and manage potential reputational risks to safeguard the brand.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

- 15yearsof experience in corporate communications or public relations, preferably withinfinancial services
