nNot telecalling. You qualify inbound packaging enquiries, coordinate internally, and convert quotes into orders through disciplined follow-ups.

- Understand client needs (box type, size, qty, budget, timeline)n
- Share complete briefs with costing/tech teamn
- Follow up on quotations → push for samples → close ordersn
- Update CRM daily; no enquiry unattended >24 hrsn
- Coordinate with production after order confirmationn
