nAbout Muun Home: Muun Home is a design-led home brand blending European minimalism with Indian colours, textures, and craftsmanship. Founder-led, with a strong focus on original design and small-batch production.
nThe Role: We need someone who can turn customer conversations into sales — across WhatsApp, Instagram, website chat, and email — while delivering great post-purchase support. You'll own the full customer journey: pre-sales, conversion, support, and retention.
nWhat You'll Do
n-Sales & Pre-Sales Conversion

- Manage all inbound conversations across WhatsApp, Instagram DMs/comments, website live chat, and email, responding quickly and turning interest into completed ordersn




- Reach out to warm leads — abandoned carts, product questions, DM engagement — with a consultative, low-pressure approachn
- Help customers understand product materials, styling, and use cases to build confidence in their purchasen
- Recommend complementary or upgraded products where it genuinely advantages the customer, in line with the brand's tonen
- Monitor and report conversion rates across chat, DM, and comment channels, and flag where customers are dropping off to the growth teamn
