- The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing channel partners and sales teams, and expanding market presence for the company's cardiovascular product portfolio within the assigned region. The role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, key account management, and deep understanding of the cardiovascular medical devices market.n

nKey Responsibilities:
nSales & Business Development

- n
- Achieve regional sales targets and revenue objectives for cardiovascular devices.n
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with company goals.n
- Identify new business opportunities in hospitals, cath labs, cardiac centers, and specialty clinics.n
- Drive market penetration and increase product adoption across assigned territories.n
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and market developments.n

nTeam Management

- n
- Lead, mentor, and motivate Territory Sales Managers/Sales Executives.n
- Conduct regular field visits and joint calls with sales team members.n




- Set performance objectives and monitor team productivity.n
- Ensure effective territory coverage and customer engagement.n

nKey Account Management

- n
- Build robust relationships with cardiologists, cardiac surgeons, cath lab technicians, biomedical teams, and hospital purchase departments.n
- Manage strategic accounts and institutional sales.n
- Support tender business, rate contracts, and government projects where applicable.n
- Coordinate product demonstrations and clinical support activities.n

nProduct & Clinical Support

- Ensure proper product positioning and clinical understanding among customers.n
- Coordinate with clinical application specialists during procedures and product trials.n
- Organize CMEs, workshops, conferences, and physician engagement programs.n
- Maintain high standards of customer service and technical support.n
