nRequired Technical and Qualified Expertise

- 10+ years Experience Mainframe Production Support professional responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining batch processing, scheduling, file transfers, and production environments across Production, QA, and Test regions.n
- Responsible for Mainframe Production Support activities, ensuring smooth system operations.n
- Perform JCL troubleshooting and resolve abends efficiently to maintain job stability.n
- Manage job scheduling and monitoring using OPC/TWS.n




- Handle file transfers using NDM / Connect Direct.n
- Manage datasets including VSAM, GDG, BIOS, and TIF.n
- Provide support for PDX deployments and related activities.n
- Manage and resolve issues through ITSM ticketing systems.n
- Monitor batch jobs and perform recovery actions when required.n
- Handle incident and problem management to ensure minimal downtime.n
- Support IPL activities as part of system maintenance.n
- Demonstrate robust analytical and communication skills in day-to-day operations.n
