- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.n
- Execute the devised sales strategy for the assigned area to achieve revenue and market share objectives.n
- Distribution and Channel Expansion:n
- - Expand the distribution network by onboarding new distributors and retailers.n
- - Develop & maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and channel partners.n
- - Monitor market trends and competitors; provide feedback for growth.n
- Utilize in-depth knowledge of the area's geography to optimize distribution networks and ensure effective market coverage.n
- Implement strategies to launch new products and services in the area.n
- Implement strategies to grow existing accounts and acquire new customers.n
- Team management - Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing sales team.n
- Implement cost-effective strategies to achieve sales targets within budget constraints.n
- Monitoring and analyzing sales performance, and providing regular reports on sales activity and performance to management.n




- Collaborating with other teams and departments to ensure the delivery of high-quality products and services to customers.n

n Qualifications & Experience Required:

- n
- Experience: Minimum 12 years in field sales with at least 4 years in the personal care, beauty, or FMCG sector handling offline/general trade channels.n
- Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the personal & beauty care landscape including retail formats, consumer behavior, and seasonal trends.n
- Graduate in any discipline (Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred).n
- MBA/PGDM is a plus but not mandatory.n
- Experienced in handling large teamsn
