Job DescriptionAs an Sales Account Executive, you will act as the technical bridge between our product and prospective customers. You will own the pre-sales cycle from a technical standpoint, leading product demonstrations, understanding customer requirements, & positioning the right solutions aligned with client needs.

- Own the complete sales cycle from qualified lead to deal closure.n
- Conduct discovery calls to understand customer business processes, challenges, and goals.n
- Deliver engaging and customized product demonstrations tailored to customer requirements.n
- Build strong relationships with business stakeholders, decision-makers, and C-level executives.n
- Collaborate with Presales and Product teams to propose the most suitable solution.n
- Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, and Statements of Work (SOW) where applicable.n
- Manage customer objections and conduct value-based negotiations.n
- Coordinate with Customer Success and Implementation teams for smooth customer onboarding.n
- Maintain accurate prospect, pipeline,



and forecasting data in CRM.n
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.n
- Stay updated on product features, market trends, and competitor offerings.n
- Represent the company during customer meetings, webinars, industry events, and product presentations.n

nWhat we expect

- n
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.n
- 4+ years of experience in Account Executive, Business Development, Enterprise Sales, or SaaS Sales roles.n
- Experience selling SaaS, ERP, CRM, HRMS, FinTech, AI, Healthcare, or Enterprise Software products.n
- Proven experience conducting discovery calls and product demonstrations.n
- Strong consultative selling and solution-based sales approach.n
- Experience managing complete sales cycles and enterprise customers.n
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relation
