- Own the end to end technical relationship for a portfolio is largest and mostn

- Lead complex, multi-phase integration and optimization initiatives, including customn
- implementations, platform migrations, and large scale upsell or cross sell efforts.n
- Serve as the executive level technical escalation point, resolving high stakes, highn
- visibility technical issues under time pressure.n
- Proactively identify growth opportunities within strategic accounts by deeplyn
- understanding merchant architecture, roadmap, and business goals.n
- Partner with Product and R&D; leadership to influence roadmap based on strategicn
- merchant needs, and represent the voice of our biggest customers internally.n

nQualifications

- 3 or more years of experience in a Technical Account Manager, Solutions Engineer orn
- Solutions Architect roles, with direct experience supporting large, complex enterprisen
- customers.n
- Track record of owning strategic, high-revenue enterprise relationships end to end,n
- including navigating executive stakeholders on both the merchant and internal side.n
- Deep technical background, including hands on experience with SQL, API integrations,n
- log analysis, and reading source code at a level that allows independent technicaln
- investigation without heavy engineering support.n
