- Lead the Kannada, Hindi, or Telugu content production team.n
- Develop and execute content strategies for social media platforms.n
- Oversee video shoots, editing, and overall production quality.n
- Build engaging content formats that drive audience growth and generate leads.n
- Monitor analytics and continuously improve content performance.n
- Collaborate with marketing and performance teams to support campaigns.n

nRequirements

- 3+ years of experience in media/content roles within a startup environment.n
- Experience managing a content or media team.n
- Strong understanding of social media growth strategies.n
- Fluency in any one of the language Kannada, Hindi or Telugu and English, depending on the rolen
- Expertise in content ideation and digital storytelling.n
- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment and execute quickly.n
