Position: Program & Project coordinator
We are pleased to invite applications for the position of Program & Project Coordinator to lead, strengthen, and innovate within our program portfolio. This role is well-suited for a proactive qualified with strong project management capabilities, stakeholder engagement skills,



and a passion for designing impactful development programs.

Key Responsibilities
Program & Project Management
- Lead end-to-end management of assigned programs, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Develop detailed work plans, logical frameworks, and Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E;) plans for program activities.
- Provide comprehensive planning and implementation support across all phases of the project.
- Monitor program progress, identify risks or roadblocks, and implement timely corrective measures.
- Oversee administrative functions including budgeting, documentation, reporting, and compliance.

Program Development & Innovation
- Lead the development of new program concepts, models, and strategies aligned with organizational goals and community needs.
- Identify gaps and emerging needs to conceptualize innovative, impactful, and scalable program interventions.
