nThe Opportunity: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Program Success Manager to lead our customer success efforts in our partner schools. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring our school partners achieve their unique learning goals and experience exceptional value through our programs.



You'll be at the forefront of driving high engagement, satisfaction, and renewals, ultimately contributing to our mission of making quality education accessible to all.
nAcademic Implementation:
n● Usage & Outcomes: Monitor program implementation, identify and address usage issues, and track student progress toward learning goals with our partner schools.
n● Support & Guidance: Provide ongoing support to School Implementation Officers (SIOs) on using the program effectively and achieving desired outcomes.
nSchool Development:
n● Launch & Growth: Lead smooth program onboarding, training, and ongoing support for schools, maximizing program usage for impactful learning outcomes.
n● Relationship Building: Cultivate strong connections with school leaders, administrators, and SIOs, understanding their needs and building trust through active communication.
nProgram Support:
n● Customer Success: Manage individual school
