nSpace118 Art Foundation is looking for a Program Manager to join our team in Mumbai.
nThe role involves working closely with artists, clients, production teams and internal staff, while supporting the research, organisation and execution of Space118's programmes and Fundraiser exhibitions.
nKey Responsibilities:

- n
- Research and support the development of Fundraiser exhibitionsn
- Manage the day-to-day requirements of the Fundraiser, including coordination with artists, clients and sales-related activitiesn
- Catalogue and document Space118, Space118 Fundraiser, Saloni Doshi Collection and related exhibitions using Artlogicn
- Handle daily email correspondence with artists, clients and other stakeholdersn
- Support social media content creation, mailers and website updatesn
- Organise and coordinate events, including working with carpenters, painters and other production teamsn
- Liaise with artists,



clients and staff and support day-to-day office administrationn

nKey Skills:

- Robust proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPointn
- Functional knowledge of Adobe Photoshopn
- Excellent written and spoken Englishn
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detailn
- Strong memory and ability to manage multiple tasksn
- An interest in and enthusiasm for organising events and working within the artsn

nExperience & Qualifications:

- Excellent communication and organisational skillsn
- Prior experience in arts administration, project management, galleries, cultural organisations or related fields would be an advantagen
