nAt Henshin Eduserv (Shazam Sports), we're building something we deeply believe in — making structured sports and physical activity a meaningful part of every child's education.
nAs we grow, I'm looking for people to join our School Partnerships & Operations team and work closely with me.
nThis is not a pure sales role.
nYou'll own school relationships end-to-end — from building current partnerships to managing existing accounts, project execution, team coordination and solving problems on the ground.
nWhat will you work on?
n• School Partnerships & Business Development
n• Key Account Management & Client Servicing
n• Project Management & Operations
n• Team Management & Coordination
n• New programme/product ideas and execution
n• Problem solving and process improvement
nWhat are we looking for?
n• 1–3 years of experience across K-12/EdTech, School Partnerships, Institutional/B2B Sales, Key Account Management, Client Servicing or Operations




n• Someone comfortable interacting with school leaders and building long-term relationships
n• Strong communication and problem-solving ability
n• Ownership and accountability — these are non-negotiable
n• Comfortable with extensive travel and being on the ground
nAnd there's one more thing that matters a lot to me.
nYou should genuinely love sports.
nIdeally, you actively play a sport, have played competitively/recreationally in the past, or have experienced what being involved in sport can do to you as a person.
nWe believe sports build much more than fitness — discipline, character, resilience, teamwork, confidence and leadership, while contributing enormously to the physical and mental well-being of children.

nLocation: Delhi NCR
nCTC: Up to ₹5 LPA, based on experience and overall fit
nTravel: upto 50% of the month
nYou'll work closely with the founder
