nWe are looking for a passionate and energetic Sales Representative to join our smart home automation team. The ideal candidate should have positive communication skills, basic technical knowledge, and the ability to explain smart home products to customers effectively.
nKey Responsibilities:
nHandle inbound and outbound customer calls related to smart home products.
nUnderstand customer requirements and suggest suitable automation solutions.
nExplain product features, pricing, and benefits clearly to customers.
nFollow up with leads and convert inquiries into successful sales.
nCoordinate with installation and technical teams when required.
nVisit client locations/sites based on business requirements.
nAchieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team growth.
nRequirements:
nDiploma / BE / B.Tech in EEE, ECE/ MBA
nBasic knowledge of electronics, electrical systems, IoT, or automation concepts.
nGood communication and interpersonal skills.
nStrong negotiation and persuasive abilities.
nInterest in smart home and automation technologies.
nAbility to learn technical concepts quickly.
nComfortable working in a target-driven sales environment.
