n Key Responsibilities

- Convert qualified leads into customers through calls, demos, and meetingsn
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle : pitch → negotiate → closen
- Understand customer pain points and position BluEarn effectivelyn
- Conduct product demos tailored to client needsn
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clientsn




- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to improve conversionn
- Maintain pipeline, track deals, and achieve monthly targetsn

n Requirements

- Proven ability in sales / business development / lead conversion n
- Robust communication, persuasion, and negotiation skillsn
- Ability to handle objections and close deals confidentlyn
- Experience in hospitality industry is a big plus n
- Familiarity with SaaS or tech products is preferredn
