nWe are seeking a creative & ambitious person to handle our current clients. Manage a bunch of creative people - photographers, editors & designers.
nKey Responsibilities
n1. Client & Account Management

- n
- Own end-to-end social media strategy for 5 to 7 client accounts simultaneously across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, etc.)n
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients - attend calls,



present monthly strategy, handle feedback and revisionsn
- Understand each client's brand voice, industry, and business goals well enough to translate them into content directionn
- Manage client expectations on timelines, deliverables, and scopen

n2. Content Strategy & Planning

- Build monthly/quarterly content calendars per client, aligned to campaigns, product launches, and trending momentsn
- Define content pillars, posting cadence, and platform-specific strategy for each accountn
- Stay on top of platform algorithm changes and trends, and adapt client strategies accordinglyn
- Plan and pitch paid social boost strategies in coordination with performance marketingn

n3. Team Leadership

- Manage a team of video editors and graphic designers - assign briefs, set deadlines, and review output qualityn
- Write clear, actionable creative briefs so the team isn't guessing at client
