nKey Responsibilities

- Handle customer interactions related to retention, account recovery, collections, and upselling.n
- Understand customer needs and provide effective solutions while ensuring a positive customer experience.n
- Promote relevant products and services to maximize customer value and revenue.n
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow established processes.n
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate complex cases when required.n
- Consistently achieve quality, productivity, and performance targets.n

nEligibility Criteria

- n
- Undergraduate or Graduate from any discipline.n
- Minimum 6 months of BPO experience in Retention, Recovery, Collections, or Upselling.n
- Hospitality background is mandatory.n




- Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to handle US voice interactions.n
- C1 US Voice Versant certification/level preferred.n
- Strong customer handling, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.n
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.n
