nAs the Sales Team Head for Skillx team, you will be responsible for leading and managing the
nsales team to drive admissions and revenue growth. You will play a key role in strategizing and
nexecuting sales initiatives, mentoring team members, monitoring performance, and ensuring
nthe successful achievement of set targets. This role demands strong leadership, coordination,
nand performance management skills to align sales efforts with the project's overall objectives.
nRESPONSIBILITIES:
n● Lead, guide, and support sales team members in achieving individual and collective
nsales targets.
n● Strategically plan and execute weekly and monthly sales activities aligned with project
nobjectives.
n● Convert leads into confirmed admissions through effective follow-up, consultation, and
nsales techniques.
n● Monitor the sales pipeline to ensure timely and high-quality engagement with potential
nleads.




n● Evaluate sales pitch effectiveness and provide regular feedback to enhance conversion
nrates.
n● Conduct periodic training sessions to develop team competencies and improve
nperformance.
n● Prepare and maintain accurate reports on admissions, revenue, follow-up activities,
nand lead status.
n● Collaborate with internal departments such as MEL, Finance, and Training for process
ncoordination and support.
n● Ensure timely clearance and communication of team incentives and bonuses.
n● Facilitate weekly review meetings to assess progress, address challenges, and refine
nstrategies.
n● Oversee team attendance, EMI coordination, head call status, and leave tracking.
n● Actively contribute to OKR-based initiatives to support broader project goals.
nQUALIFICATIONS:
n● Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
n● Minimum 1 year of experience in sales team handling or coordination.
n● Robust communication and leadership skills.
n● Basic understanding
