nStudent Support

- Act as a Personal Academic Tutor.n
- Guide students on academic progression and achievement.n
- Provide mentoring and pastoral support to students.n
nAssessment & Quality Assurance

- n
- Design, evaluate, and moderate assessments.n
- Provide constructive feedback to students.n
- Participate in assessment boards and academic quality processes.n
nCurriculum Development
n
- n
- Contribute to module enhancement and curriculum innovation.n
- Develop engaging learning resources for classroom and online delivery.n
nCandidate Profile
nEssential Qualifications
n
- n
- Master's Degree (MBA preferred) in Entrepreneurship, Innovation, Business Management, Marketing, or a related discipline.n
- Teaching qualification or willingness to obtain one.n
- FHEA (or willingness to work towards it) will be an advantage.n
nExperience
n
- n
- 3–8+ years of Higher Education teaching experience.n
- Experience teaching Entrepreneurship, Innovation, Business Strategy, Marketing, or related subjects.n
- Experience with assessment design, student mentoring, and academic administration.n
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (Moodle, Blackboard, Canvas, etc.).n
