n1. Teaching and Pedagogy

- Teach core and elective courses across programs (e.g., B.Com, M.Com, MBA, or specialized commerce streams like Fintech, Banking & Insurance, Taxation, and Accounting) at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.n
- Design and update course syllabi, lesson plans, and instructional materials incorporating contemporary pedagogical tools and experiential learning.n
- Mentor and advise students on academic performance, career paths, professional certifications (e.g., CA, ACCA, CPA, CFA), and holistic development.n
- Supervise student research projects, dissertations, and internships.n

n2. Research and Publication

- Engage in active, high-quality research and publish scholarly articles in peer-reviewed journals (indexed in Scopus, Web of Science, ABDC, or UGC-CARE).n
- Secure external research grants, industry sponsorships, or consultancy projects where applicable.n
- Present research findings at national and international academic conferences, seminars, and symposiums.n

Student Assessment and Evaluation

- Develop, administer, and evaluate quizzes, assignments, midterm examinations, and end-semester examinations.n
- Provide constructive, timely feedback to students to enhance their academic growth.n
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, assessments, and progress in compliance with university standards.n

- Actively participate in departmental meetings, faculty committees (e.g., Board of Studies, Examination, Admission, Placement), and institutional events.n
- Contribute to curriculum development, accreditation processes (e.g., NAAC, NBA, AACSB), and institutional ranking preparations (e.g., NIRF).n
- Foster strong linkages with industry partners, alumni networks, and professional bodies to facilitate guest lectures, industrial visits, and student placements.n
