nKey Responsibilities

- n
- Drafting & Modeling: Create 2D floor plans, elevations, and sections using AutoCAD.



Build 3D models and renderings using 3d and Presentation Softwaren
- Design Assistance: Support the team in preparing schematic design options and client presentation decks.n
- Research: Check local building codes, zoning rules, and material specifications under supervision.n
- Coordination: Assist in aligning architectural plans with structural and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) drawings.n

nSite Visits: Accompany senior architects to construction sites to record progress and take notes.
nSoftware & Technical Skills

- Drafting: Advanced proficiency in CADn
- 3D Modeling & Rendering: Proficiency in SketchUp, Rhino, Lumion, V-Ray, Enscape, or Blender.n
- Presentation & Graphics: Expert command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and Microsoft PowerPoint/Keynote.n
