nThe Vice President - Operations will be responsible for end-to-end delivery of real estate
ndevelopments, integrating technical design leadership with project execution excellence. The role
nensures all projects are well-designed, compliant, cost-effective, and delivered on time with high
nquality, thereby maximizing profitability and customer satisfaction.

n Span of Control:-

n• Multiple concurrent projects across geographies
n• Provide strategic and operational leadership across Design, Execution, MEP, Planning,
nContracts, Procurement, QA/QC, and Project Controls functions.

n Key Responsibilities:-

n Strategic Planning:-

no Define short-term and long-term execution strategies aligned with company vision and
nbusiness goals.
no Approve master project schedules, budgets, contractors, vendors, and execution plans.
no Evaluate potential land deals and development prospects from an execution feasibility
nperspective, in collaboration with Business Development, Sales Head and Management.




no Ensure learnings from past projects is integrated into future project planning.
no Provide strategic direction for adopting new technologies, sustainable practices, and
nconstruction innovations.
no Drive overall project profitability, cost optimization, and operational efficiency while ensuring
ntimely delivery and customer satisfaction.

n Governance & Oversight:-

no Approve contractor/consultant appointments and major work orders. Develop and maintain
na high-performing contractor, consultant, and vendor ecosystem to ensure quality, timelines,
nand commercial efficiency.
no Ensure adherence to corporate policies, statutory requirements, quality benchmarks, and
nsafety standards.
no Provide direction and take final decisions during critical disputes, escalations, or risks.
no Establish governance mechanisms for monitoring site compliance, audits, and corrective
