nPapayaCare is looking for a healthcare qualified who can take ownership of Quality Assurance, NABH Compliance and Healthcare CRM/System Management across our senior-care operations.
nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES
nNABH & Quality Assurance Maintain, implement and continuously improve NABH-compliant policies, SOPs, protocols and documentation

- Conduct regular departmental and floor-level auditsn
- Identify compliance gaps and ensure timely Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA)n
- Maintain documentation and evidence required for NABH assessments and surveillancen
- Coordinate and prepare teams for NABH assessmentsn
- Ensure policies are implemented in actual day-to-day care, rather than remaining only as documentationn

nQuality Indicators & Day-to-Day Care Monitoring Define, monitor and report clinical and operational quality indicators

- Track falls, pressure injuries, medication errors, infections, hospital transfers, incidents and other resident-safety indicatorsn




- Monitor documentation compliance, care-plan adherence and nursing/caregiver practicesn
- Maintain quality dashboards and identify trends requiring corrective actionn
- Follow up with responsible departments until identified issues are appropriately closedn
- Support management in improving resident safety and overall quality of caren

nCRM / Healthcare System Management Take responsibility for the effective use and administration of PapayaCare's CRM and healthcare management systems

- Create, modify and manage user roles, permissions and access levelsn
- Coordinate onboarding and system access for new employeesn
- Train nursing, caregiver, operations and administrative staff on correct use of the systemn
- Ensure staff are entering required information accurately and on timen
- Monitor system usage and identify missing or incomplete documentationn
- Work with management and software/CRM teams to
