About the Role: This is a core sales role requiring a true Hunter mindset and strong consultative sales skills. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through daily field visits, actively prospecting current leads, meeting clients face-to-face, and closing high-impact deals. You will own the complete sales cycle — from identifying opportunities, engaging prospects, and building trust, to negotiating and winning business

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Execute client visits to prospect and acquire new clients.
- Apply a hunter approach to consistently identify and pursue fresh business opportunities.




- Meet and consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend tailored solutions.
- Promote Company’s products/services by positioning value and addressing lenient requirements.
- Build, manage and retain strong client relationships while expanding the customer base.

- Write proposals, negotiate terms and close deals.
