nRole Overview
nWe are looking for a Business Development Executive to drive B2B client acquisition and revenue growth by onboarding builders, developers, real estate agencies and channel partners onto Propenu.
nThis is a field-facing, target-driven sales role involving prospecting, client meetings, presentations, negotiations, closures and relationship management.
nKey Responsibilities

- Identify and acquire recent builders, developers, agencies and channel partners.n
- Generate leads through cold calling, references, networking and field visits.n
- Connect with decision-makers such as founders, directors, sales and marketing heads.n
- Present Propenu's memberships, premium listings, project marketing and lead-generation solutions.n




- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure and onboarding.n
- Achieve monthly and quarterly acquisition and revenue targets.n
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and identify upselling opportunities.n
- Coordinate with Marketing, Content, Product and Customer Support teams for client requirements and feedback.n
- Track competitor activity, market trends and new project opportunities.n
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and CRM updates.n

nWhat We're Looking For

- n
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B Sales / Client Acquisition / Business Development.n
- Real Estate, PropTech, Property Portal, Digital Advertising preferred.n
- Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.n
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets.n
- Comfortable with field sales and client meetings.n
- Self-driven, ambitious and relationship-oriented.n
- Willingness to travel within Hyderabad as required.n
