Role Description
This is a contract-based remote role for a Business Development Executive specializing in Architecture and BIM services for international markets. The primary responsibilities include generating leads, establishing and managing client accounts, identifying potential business opportunities,



and developing strategies to achieve sales targets. The role involves building strong client relationships, effectively communicating with stakeholders, and fostering business growth in global markets.

Qualifications
- Proven skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Knowledge of Business Development and Account Management principles.
- He/She must have their own computer system/laptop and good internet connection.
- Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Hunter.io, Zoho and CRM tools.
- Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience in building and managing client relationships
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently
- Prior experience in architecture, BIM services, or related fields is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, or a related field is preferred
- Ability to work remotely and
