Job DescriptionWe are looking for a skilled GenAI Developer with strong hands-on experience in Generative AI, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and Azure AI Foundry to design and develop enterprise-grade AI solutions.Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop Generative AI/LLM-based applications.
- Build and optimize RAG pipelines using embeddings, vector search, and document retrieval.
- Develop GenAI solutions using Azure AI Foundry and Azure OpenAI.
- Work with Azure AI Search for vector, semantic, and hybrid search.
- Develop AI applications and APIs using Python.
- Work with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or Semantic Kernel.
- Implement prompt engineering, LLM integration, evaluation, and optimization.
- Integrate GenAI solutions with enterprise applications, databases, and APIs.
- Deploy and monitor AI solutions on the Azure cloud platform.





Mandatory Skills

- 4–5 years of relevant software/AI development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in GenAI / LLM applications.
- Strong expertise in RAG.
- Hands-on experience with Azure AI Foundry / Microsoft Foundry.
- Strong knowledge of Azure OpenAI.
- Strong programming skills in Python.
- Experience with Azure AI Search / Vector Databases.
- Good understanding of LLMs, embeddings, prompt engineering, and semantic/vector search.
