I run two companies (Scouto, PyjamaHR) and have a young family. I am hiring one person to take everything off my plate that does not need me personally.

The work splits roughly two ways. About 60-70% is personal and household ops: get a TV repaired, book travel and weekend plans, ship a package, chase a vendor for a refund, receive deliveries in Koramangala, coordinate with a lawyer's office. Honest truth: it is random and it changes daily.

The other 30-40% is business-adjacent: coordinating with vendors and partners for both companies, chasing invoices and payments, keeping our software subscriptions in check, scheduling and following up on meetings, helping coordinate hiring, and small research tasks. You see how two companies actually run, and the scope grows as rapid as you can handle it.

How we work: I use AI tools heavily.



You will often get a researched brief (what to buy, who to call, what to say) and your job is flawless execution and follow through. You close loops without being reminded.

This is a hybrid role. Most of the work is coordination and desk work on a laptop, with the occasional errand around Koramangala, so it helps to be based nearby.

Must have: based in Bengaluru near Koramangala, fluent Hindi and English, comfortable on phone calls with vendors and banks, smartphone savvy, high ownership. Kannada is a plus. You will be trusted with personal and business matters, so references will be checked properly.

Compensation: Rs 35,000 to 50,000 per month, full time.
