Role: Civil 3D Modeller (Expertise in roads, wet utilities, dry utilities, and underground infrastructure)

Key Responsibilities

- Develop detailed 3D infrastructure models in Autodesk Civil 3D for road networks/corridors, potable water, sewer, stormwater/drainage, treated effluent, electrical (LV/HV), telecom/ICT ducts, street lighting, CCTV, and other underground utilities.
- Create road models including alignments, profiles, assemblies, corridors, surfaces, grading, intersections, and related elements; manage utility networks, profiles, sections, crossings, and interfaces.
- Produce design drawings and construction documentation (plans, profiles, sections, details, schedules) directly from Civil 3D models, suitable for design development, tender, IFC, and construction stages.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary models in Autodesk Navisworks; perform clash detection (hard/soft),



review road–utility interfaces, and support resolution of coordination issues.
- Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, survey/topographic data, and project inputs to produce accurate 3D models.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- 4 + Years of experience
- Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D and Navisworks.
- Robust experience in road/infrastructure modelling workflows and wet/dry utility modelling.
- Ability to work with survey data and existing-condition models; knowledge of BIM coordination and multidisciplinary workflows.
- Prior experience on infrastructure projects in the United States or Middle East is strongly preferred
