E-commerce Specialist

Salary: Up to ₹1,00,000 per month

Experience: 5–7 years in managing e-commerce platforms and campaigns

Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven E-commerce Specialist to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of our online sales channels. The ideal candidate will manage all aspects of the e-commerce ecosystem, including website management, online marketing, merchandising, operations, and customer engagement, to drive revenue, profitability, and exceptional user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- E-commerce Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platforms, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
- Online Marketing: Develop and implement online marketing strategies to increase traffic, conversion rates, and sales.
- Merchandising: Manage product listings, promotions, and inventory to maximize sales opportunities.
- Customer Engagement: Enhance customer experience through effective communication, personalized marketing, and support initiatives.
- Data Analysis: Utilize analytics tools to track performance, identify trends,



and make data-driven decisions to improve e-commerce strategies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, marketing, and sales, to align e-commerce initiatives with overall business goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Solid knowledge of e-commerce platforms, content management systems (CMS), and digital marketing tools.
- Proficient in Google Ads, Meta Ads, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and web analytics.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience in managing e-commerce campaigns across various platforms.
