Role & Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end learning experiences—from needs analysis to assessment—for corporate upskilling, compliance, and leadership programs.
- Translate complex subject matter into microlearning modules, interactive simulations, and scenario-based courses using rapid authoring tools.
- Collaborate with SMEs, product, and engineering teams to align pedagogy with platform capabilities and learner analytics.
- Develop storyboards, scripts, assessments, and accessibility-compliant assets while adhering to SCORM/xAPI standards.
- Leverage LMS/LXP data to iterate on content effectiveness and optimize learner pathways through A/B testing.
- Ensure all learning assets meet brand, instructional, and accessibility guidelines (WCAG 2.1+).
