A fast-scaling EdTech & Career Enablement startup in India, we’re building next-gen talent pipelines for tech, sales, and operations roles across startups and mid-market enterprises. Our mission? Connect high-potential job seekers with growth-stage employers through data-led, human-centric hiring—powered by AI-driven matching and seamless remote recruitment workflows. You’ll play a key role in scaling our hiring engine with precision, speed, and empathy. Role & Responsibilities

- Source, screen, and engage high-quality candidates for tech, sales, and operations roles across India using LinkedIn, Naukri, AngelList, and other job portals.
- Conduct phone/video screenings to assess cultural fit, motivation, and role-specific competencies—ensuring alignment with client requirements.
- Manage end-to-end candidate journey: from initial outreach to offer negotiation and onboarding handoff.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for high-demand roles by proactively engaging passive candidates and maintaining talent communities.




- Collaborate with hiring managers to refine job descriptions, define success metrics, and align on hiring strategy and timelines.
- Track and report key recruitment KPIs (time-to-fill, candidate experience, offer acceptance rate) to optimize performance and hit monthly targets.
