Our remote-first team operates at the intersection of culture, commerce, and creativity—producing scroll-stopping content for social, email, blogs, and product launch campaigns that drive real engagement and conversion.
Role & Responsibilities
- Research, draft, and edit high-impact content for social media, blogs, email sequences, and landing pages tailored to Gen Z and millennial audiences.
- Translate brand messaging into conversational, platform-optimized copy that aligns with tone, voice, and campaign goals.
- Collaborate with designers and marketers to ideate and execute content calendars that drive engagement, clicks, and conversions.
- Optimize existing content for SEO and performance using basic keyword research and A/B testing principles.
- Stay ahead of cultural trends, meme cycles, and platform algorithm shifts to keep content fresh, relevant, and viral-ready.
- Participate in editorial sprints and feedback loops to refine copy and meet rapid-turnaround deadlines.
- Preferred
- ChatGPT / AI writing tools
- Basic analytics (Google Analytics, Meta Insights)
- Experience with drip campaigns or email copywriting
