About the Prospect

As a fast-paced, design-led organization, we prioritize aesthetic integrity, supply chain agility, and category-specific expertise to deliver fashion-forward collections season after season.

Role & Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end sourcing and procurement for housing categories (handbags, footwear, small leather goods, accessories) aligned with seasonal collections and brand positioning.
- Build and manage relationships with domestic and global vendors, negotiating pricing, MOQs, and delivery timelines while ensuring compliance with quality and ethical sourcing standards.
- Collaborate closely with Design, Planning, and Marketing teams to translate creative direction into commercially viable, on-time product delivery.
- Monitor category performance, analyze sell-through data, and adjust buying strategies to maximize margin, inventory turns,



and assortment relevance.
- Oversee sample development, fit sessions, and production milestones to ensure product accuracy and brand consistency from concept to floor.
- Drive seasonal assortment planning with data-backed decisions, balancing trend relevance, price architecture, and regional consumer preferences.
