Job Overview

We are hiring a Senior Operations Manager to manage end-to-end import, logistics, supply chain, and domestic delivery operations. The role will involve close coordination with Accounts, Sales, freight partners, and customs agents.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage imports, freight coordination, shipping lines, customs clearance, and duty payments.

- Handle Bill of Entry (BOE), knock-offs, and import documentation.

- Coordinate with Accounts for LCs, bank documentation, and duty payments.

- Manage domestic freight partners, negotiate rates, and verify logistics charges.

- Coordinate with Sales on stock availability, lead times, and delivery updates.

- Monitor inventory movement and ensure timely deliveries.

- Identify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvement.





- Supervise and mentor the Junior Operations Associate.

Requirements3+ years of experience in Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Import/Export.
Strong knowledge of customs clearance, BOE, import documentation, and duty structures.
Experience working with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and logistics partners.
Positive understanding of LCs, bank documentation, and operational costs.
Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
Experience in technology, electronics, or luxury goods logistics is preferred.
Based in or willing to relocate to Kolkata.
