Role Overview
As a Senior .NET Developer at Project Tree, you will own the high-level design and implementation of enterprise-grade applications. You are expected to go beyond writing code; design performant, scalable, secure system for high-concurrency, and mentoring junior engineers within an Agile framework.
Key Responsibilities
• Architecture & Design: Lead the design and implementation of architectures using .NET 8 and C#.
• Database Mastery: Architect and optimize complex schemas in MS SQL and PostgreSQL, focusing on query performance and data integrity.
• Code Governance:
Conduct rigorous code reviews and enforce SOLID principles and Design Patterns to ensure 99.9% system reliability.
• Technical Leadership: Identify and resolve architectural bottlenecks and "technical debt"; drive the refactoring strategy for long-term maintainability.
• Cloud-Native Practices: Manage containerized environments using Docker and contribute to CI/CD pipeline automation.
Technical Skills & Qualifications
• Core Tech: Expert-level proficiency in C#, ASP.NET Core (.NET 8), and Web API.
• Data: Deep experience with Entity Framework Core, LINQ, and advanced Relational Database management.
• Cloud & Infrastructure: Proven experience with Docker/Kubernetes and AWS/Azure cloud services.
• Testing: Strong commitment to Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Unit Testing (xUnit/NUnit).
• Front-End (Preferred): Familiarity with React or Angular to facilitate seamless Full- Stack collaboration.
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, executive-level communication, and the ability to lead technical discussions.
