About the Role:-

Makers' Muse is looking for a proactive and technology-driven IT professional to support our growing digital infrastructure. The ideal candidate will help manage websites, improve user experience across digital platforms, maintain IT systems, and support automation, cybersecurity, and Learning Management System (LMS) operations.

This role is ideal for candidates interested in website development, system administration, WordPress, educational technology, and business process automation.

Key Responsibilities:-

Website Development & Management

- Develop, maintain, and optimize company websites using WordPress.

- Install, configure, and manage WordPress themes and plugins.

- Build landing pages and new website sections as required.

- Ensure website security, uptime, backups, and performance optimization.

- Implement SEO-friendly website structures and best practices.

- Troubleshoot website issues and coordinate upgrades.

WordPress & Plugin Management

- Configure and manage WordPress plugins.

- Perform plugin updates, integrations, and testing.

- Manage forms, CRM integrations, email automation, and analytics tools.

- Improve website functionality through plugin customization and implementation.

Learning Management System (LMS) Management

- Manage and support the company's Learning Management System (LMS).

- Create and manage user accounts and access controls.

- Resolve technical issues faced by students and trainers.

- Optimize platform performance and enhance user experience.

- Coordinate LMS enhancements and feature requests.

Microsoft 365 Administration

- Provide support for Microsoft 365 applications, including:

- Microsoft Teams

- SharePoint





- OneDrive

- Outlook

- Power Automate

- Manage user permissions, access controls, and collaboration environments.

- Assist with workflow automation and task management systems.

Cybersecurity & Data Protection

- Support the implementation of data security policies.

- Configure email security and spam-filtering measures.

- Monitor access permissions and system usage.

- Assist with periodic security reviews and audits.

Requirements

Mobile App & Digital Platform Support

- Assist in troubleshooting application-related issues.

- Monitor and resolve user-reported technical concerns.

- Support UI/UX improvements and feature testing.

- Coordinate with vendors and development partners whenever required.

Technical Support & Documentation

- Provide day-to-day IT support to internal teams.

- Maintain documentation of digital systems, processes, and technical activities.

- Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements.

- Support hardware, software, and network-related troubleshooting.

Eligibility:-

- Bachelor's degree in BCA, B.Sc. IT, B.Tech, MCA, Computer Applications, Information Technology, or related technical disciplines.

- Freshers are encouraged to apply.

- Candidates with personal projects, internships, freelance website work, or WordPress portfolios will be preferred.
