We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Data Analyst to join our team. As a Junior Data Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the Data Science, Risk, and Business teams by developing analytical datasets, dashboards, and actionable insights that enable data-driven lending decisions, portfolio monitoring, and operational excellence.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions. Your primary responsibilities will include developing analytical datasets, dashboards, and actionable insights to support data-driven lending decisions, portfolio monitoring, and operational excellence.

You will write efficient SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources, develop dashboards, automate recurring reports, and monitor key business metrics. You will also perform data validation, identify quality issues, and ensure the accuracy of analytical datasets.

In addition, you will assist in exploratory data analysis (EDA), feature engineering, and model performance analysis. You will work with Product, Risk,



and Engineering teams to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions.

You will document analytical findings and business metrics, and provide regular updates to stakeholders. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions.
