Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop professional PowerPoint presentations based on client requirements.
- Interpret and understand complex instructions and data to create explicit and engaging slides.
- Utilize infographics and other visual elements to enhance the presentation's impact.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistency and quality across all presentations.
- Ensure all presentations adhere to brand guidelines and standards.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines.
- Provide support and training to team members on PowerPoint best practices and tools.
- Continuously seek ways to improve processes and tools for presentation development.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a PowerPoint Expert or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and other presentation software.
- Strong design skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Ability to create and use infographics to enhance presentations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge and use of productivity tools such as Macros, Templates, AI tools and techniques will be an added advantage.
