Key Responsibilities: Business development: - Responsible for sales/revenue generation in assigned territory Achieve growth and hit sales targets Planning & Sales Tracking: - Accountable for leads, opportunities, orders, and contracts to meet the sales budget and pricing targets Should adhere to the company’s sales process. Review the sales pipeline and plan for corrective action. Review all business attributes and their respective impact on the business and take appropriate corrective actions promptly in coordination with the Manager, as and when required. Support Manager and Management for Annual, Quarterly, and monthly business planning for the company to be done, in consultation with the Business Head and the Management. Planning and resetting targets when required Lead and initiate market development activities in the area assigned. Customer Relation: - Build and promote solid, long-lasting customer relationships in the area of responsibility.
Promptly initiate all possible actions to close customer/ prospect complaints, if any, and ensure customer satisfaction. Collection Management: - Track amounts receivable from customers and drive the Consultants to collect pending outstanding. Update the management of possible risks and challenges in outstanding amounts. Requirments Have proven experience in Chiller/Refrigeration Sales, Puma/Compressor/Pneumatic/Industrial Sales/ OEM Sales/B2B Sales/Direct Sales. Be energetic and have travelled to all major industrial estates Have objection-handling skills and be able to build a good rapport with the customers. Be able to negotiate and close the deal. Education: BE/ME/PG Diploma - Mechanical/Plastic/CIPET Expérience: 4-7 Yrs. for Sr. Sales Engineer. 1-3 Yrs. for Sales Engineer. (Fresher with B.tech +MBA in marketing can be considered).
